Service description

RedFlagNow provides contract review services that identify potentially concerning clauses in business contracts and deliver a summary report ("Red Flag Report") highlighting these areas in plain English.

Payment & pricing

  • The service costs $79 per contract (one-time payment)
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe
  • Prices may change; the price at checkout applies to your order

Delivery & SLA

  • We commit to delivering your Red Flag Report within 24 hours of receiving your contract
  • If we fail to deliver within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund
  • Delivery time begins when we receive your contract via email, not at payment time

Accepted formats

We accept contracts in PDF and DOCX (Microsoft Word) formats. Other formats may not be processable.

Refund policy

  • SLA miss: Full refund if we don't deliver within 24 hours
  • Other issues: Contact us to discuss on a case-by-case basis

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedFlagNow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on our reports.
